At House of Nirvae, we take pride in delivering premium-quality jewellery crafted with care and precision. Each piece undergoes quality checks before dispatch to ensure you receive products that meet our standards.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene, safety, and product sensitivity reasons, jewellery items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
However, returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:
✅ Product received is damaged
✅ Product received is defective
✅ Incorrect item delivered
2. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Unboxing video (mandatory)
Requests submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

3. Replacement Policy
Once your request is approved:
A replacement of the same product will be arranged subject to availability.
If the product is unavailable, customers may receive:
Store credit, or
Refund (as decided by House of Nirvae).
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only when:
Replacement cannot be provided, or
Order is cancelled by House of Nirvae.
Approved refunds will be processed via:
Original payment method, or
Store credit (where applicable)
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:
❌ Change of mind
❌ Incorrect product selection by customer
❌ Minor color variation due to photography or screen display
❌ Normal wear, tarnishing, or plating fade over time
❌ Products damaged due to improper handling or storage
❌ Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery
6. Return Shipping
Customers may be required to ship the product back if requested.
The item must be unused and returned in:
Original packaging
Tags intact
Same condition as delivered
House of Nirvae reserves the right to reject returns that fail quality inspection.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
8. Cash on Delivery (If Applicable)
For COD orders:
House of Nirvae reserves the right to confirm orders before dispatch.
Repeated order refusals may lead to restriction of COD services.
9. Important Jewellery Care Note
Our jewellery is premium imitation jewellery. Longevity depends on usage and care.
Exposure to perfume, moisture, sweat, or chemicals may affect plating over time and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
